Can I change my travel destination?
No, you cannot, because Open Trip already has a planned schedule of destinations and costs, changes to plans and destinations can result in significant changes in terms of time and costs.
Is your travel reliable?
Of course, our team consists of people who have been involved in the tourism world for a long time, and our team members come from various circles from all over Indonesia.
Can I book for a personal trip or with my own family members?

What types of travel services do you offer?
The trip we offer is a different form from what open trip service providers usually provide, because we add exploration areas, exploration points that are almost never covered by streaming media, and we present them to you with a new touch that other travel agents will never provide.
How do I book a trip with your agency?
You can make an order by chatting with our customer service by pressing the green whatsapp button next to the bottom right corner of your screen. We still do offline customer recording to avoid hacking, scamming and all other forms of digital crime, because in that field, our company's Human Resources are still very limited.
What are your business hours?
We operate 24 hours, however, sometimes there are some obstacles that make us lag behind in serving customers in real time. For that, we are in the phase of building our digital infrastructure and resources in other areas to perfect our services.
Do you offer travel insurance?

Trip Routes Questions
Questions about the routes that offered.
Is it only East Java?
Of course not, we plan to open other routes such as Sumatra Island, Borneo, Sulawesi, and Papua. However, our limited number of trained crew members cannot cover all the big islands in Indonesia. So for now, we only serve East Java, next, Central Java and Jogja, after that West Java and Banten.
Do you not serve routes to Bali and Lombok?
For Bali and Lombok we do not do it because it is too much and too common. While we try to present tourism that is different from others, unique, and you will not find with other travel agents. Besides, we want to provide a memorable tour and give you unforgettable memories.
Are you going to open a route for Bali?
Unfortunately, for the Bali, Lombok and surrounding areas routes, we probably won't make it, besides there are too many competitors there and too many foreign tourists visiting there, we also want you to feel the peace in a place that is still quiet and rarely visited by people.
What if I choose another place?
For now we only open routes for East Java, but we hope that in the future we can open routes for other places. Because we want to open routes for all the islands in Indonesia, starting from open trips, private trips, business trips to study tours for school and college students for all islands in Indonesia.

What services can I get?

Apart from hotels and vehicles, what else?

Do you serve routes outside Indonesia?
No, we only serve routes in Indonesia, other than Indonesia, we do not serve those routes. Because we are Indonesian.
Is there anything special about the routes you offer?
Of course there is, because everything in Indonesia is very special. Each of the Main Islands and the small islands around it have their own specialties, and we want to bring you closer and get to know Indonesia more widely, because Indonesia is not just Bali and Lombok.
